With more than 25 years of experience in prestigious industrial groups as Technical Director, graduated from SMRI in South Africa, I had the chance to participate in many innovative projects in sugar refinery and stand-alone refinery. Since 2020, I got support to engineering companies all over the world.

• Sugar refineries audits: - 600 - 2,500 - 3500tpd
• 1st estimated capex evaluation - sugar refinery  1,500tpd

Born in Reunion Island, with a Ph.D. in industrial microbiology, I directed a  Franco-Mexican  lab in Mexico city in the early 90s  with researches  in solid-state fermentation. After this, I trained in sugar technologies in Durban (1993), I  worked with industrial groups as SOMDIAA  (1996-2006) in Africa then ED&F MAN in Middle-east and Latin America (2007-2019). I  have written numerous articles and particularly in the control of discolouration processes and adaptive schemes of crystallization in refinery.
