The SM4 uses the process concentration data obtained by a K-PATENTS refractometer and microwave sensor , with this data the Seedmaster is able to give you online the SS coefficient, Cristal content % and the crystal mean aperture (M.A.).
In option, by an ACC-included system, the SM4 directly can control your full cristallisation stage by a direct connection to the syrup, steam and vacuum control valves (No need for an extra PLC system). This is the most advanced cristallisation control system for the sugar industry.
